Cheryl Cole's come back is FIERCE!

"How do ya think I feel when you Call My Name?"

We've all seen Cheryl's new video by now if not the video is at the end of this post. What do you guys think of it? Everything about it is just fierce and definitely a good comeback after all that drama she went through.

Lets begin with those platforms that we saw in the beginning of the video. How gorgeous do they look?! Those are Brian Atwood Alima Tri-color platorms, £504.

Although those leopard hot pants, blazer, platforms and the bra top don't match in colour wise but it all goes really well- she's doing that colour block trend.

A screen shot from the video
I love this outfit too, it's edgy, it's feisty, it's hot! She makes those tribal tapered trousers look so stylish. However, if I saw someone wore that out on the street, I would be staring and be like 'OMG! What is she wearing?' Or maybe it's just me not very daring with clothes. You know what? I can see Rihanna wearing them, doing all those erotic dance moves.

Judging from that screen shot above, her body looks a lot better. Not that she didn't have a nice figure before, but she looks more toned and shaped. I think she was too skinny before. Another thing, she looks like she has a back side now especially in those trousers- sounds like I was really examining her body. *laugh out loud*

Choreography was fierce. I don't know if its me or what but somehow I feel the chereography reflects her comeback as a brand new her that is stronger and more feisty.

Good job Cheryl! xxx

Coco Lee's fairy tale wedding

Many of you must have heard or watched Kim Kardashian's wedding. It was very glamorous, fairy tale sort of wedding. They are divorcing already!! Anyway, that's all in America.

Over in Hong Kong, a famous and talented Taiwanese singer Coco Lee ,36, married her Jewish boyfriend, Bruce Rockowitz, 53, on 27th October. According to the news, they spent... I mean HE spent around US$20 million on their wedding! Who is Bruce Rockowitz? He is from Canada, he is the president and CEO of Li & Fung LTD ( a global trading company- Li & Fung LTD wesbite) and is a billionaire! They had a 2 day celebration, wedding ceremony at the Sky 100 and celebrated at a 6 star hotel, The Ritz- Carlton hotel. There were quite a few A-list celebs that were invited; Oprah Winfrey, the designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife,  Alicia Keys, Black Eyes Peas , Ne-yo and Bruno Mars who performed at the wedding.

Not only was it a lavish wedding, Lee was looking lavish herself. From the pictures of her wedding, she looked absolutely stunning, beautiful, glamorous, you name it! I love all her dresses. She is wearing my wedding dress lol. I've always said I want a tight fitted and strapless wedding dress and look at her's... spot on! lol.

A wedding dress by designer Vera Wang,  worth  $33,000.

Another gorgeous dress! Again stunning! She has the perfect curves for the dress, actually she just has an amazing body.

Walking down the aisle with her mum. Apparently she could hardly walk in the dress lol

Never mind about her husband, she looks gorgeous here.

On the far left, is Alicia Keys with Bruce's two daughter and Coco Lee and Bruce himself.

There's Ne-yo.
Looks like Lee was singing with Black eyes peas too.

Classy and glamorous dress! Love it!

I got my copy! Homecoming 回香靖

Yes, I'm actually blogging about something different this time. Blogging about music! I wonder if Jin is reading this lol if so HEY JIN!!! I love your character Yeung lap cheng! Yep, I'm blogging about Jin, his new album.

'Homecoming' is the name of his new album; 2nd Chinese album. Oh for those who don't know who Jin is (very unlikely) google him; he won the freestyle battle at BET 106 Park about 8 years ago I think or maybe longer than that. He was then signed by Ruff Ryders. He also starred in 2 Fast 2 Furious.

I was going crazy when I knew Jin was going to be at the book exhibition (in Hong Kong) giving out his customized USB- it looks like a Hong Kong ID card, 4GB memory USB. I was going even more crazy the fact that I couldn't go to the exhibition because I was in UK. My younger brother was in Hong Kong at the time so tried to get him to go but he couldn't because he was at the beach. Thought I wouldn't have a chance in getting it. But my brother surprised me!! Thank you so much Esmond love you lots xxx. He didn't go to the exhibition but when he came back to UK, he got his friend to order it online. He said it was a thank you present for me.

The big one is the album and the little one is the USB.

The USB: The chip slides out at the side.
The date at the bottom 08-08-2011 is the release date of the album, on a real HK ID card that would be the issue date. The ABC stands for American Born Chinese, but on the real card I don't know what it means but my one has 'AO'. The 3 stars on the real ID card represents your status in Hong Kong- the type of stay you have. The date of arrival is when he arrived in HK, but on the real one it will be your date of birth. It's really kool huh?

I really like the package of this album, I know I'm not the only one that does. Everyone is fascinated with it. It's really creative and meaningful; it represents the journey of his music career from USA to Hong Kong. Every single song in this album is really positive and very healthy; he doesn't rap about girls, sex, violence or drug like those rappers does. However, he does rap about money but in a good way and not boasting about being a walking bank. But then I guess, those kind of content are too much for Hong Kong. H.K. artist won't be able to survive if they produced songs about sex, violence, drug and money because it's bad influence for the minors. Well at least Hong Kong is not like USA and UK portraying wrong and misleading images of a lady acting and dressing like a hoe for example.

Anyways, back to Jin's album. Oh sorry, I forgot he does rap about girls, no sorry not girls. WOMEN, older women! Lol. He raps about women in their 40's are the most loyal fans. Lol. It's jokes. There's another beautiful song where he raps about his wedding, the lyrics are really sweet. It's like awww. lol. Overall, this album itself is really humble just like himself. Even my dad said so lol, he said that he likes Jin because he is really humble.

Inside that greenish coloured cover are these; lyrics, CD (inside the blue case) & 2 coupons.

My first red carpet experience!

I feel so honoured and grateful that I was chosen to attend the opening ceremony of China Image Film Festival on 3rd October as one of the representative of Miss New China and also as a hostess (if that's what you call them lol). Its not really a red carpet because there wasn't a red carpet at the entrance but the VIPs and celebrities did sign the poster. This night definitely gave me a really good experience of how an event is run as I attended the rehearsals and saw how the event director and other staff were operating. A real advantage for my career and this event is exactly the sort of event I want to be involved in organising. The most difficult thing was that everyone was speaking in mandarin, instructions were given in mandarin. But luckily, a few were from Hong Kong or knew Cantonese so I was able to speak to them in Cantonese. Met so many beautiful girls and some of them translated for me when they knew I didn't understand everything- thank you so much! But it definitely improved my listening with mandarin and boosted my confidence in speaking it- especially when one of the girls said to me that my pronunciation is quite good ^.^

I had so much make-up and hair spray on me that night. To be honest, I didn't really like the make-up because it was too dark (yes, I know smokey eyes are like that but there are lighter ones) and wasn't used to seeing myself looking like that. The hair was OK, if they could put my hair up a bit higher and the fringe more lower would have been better. It was my first time wearing those traditional Chinese dresses too, it was very pretty! It was also my first time wearing a black 5in high stiletto, I didn't even think I would be able to walk in them but I did! Oh yes, ladies a pair of black heels is a must have, a good investment in your wardrobe- a valuable tip from my favourite Tyra Banks.

I got to see Alex Su (Su You Peng), Li Jia and the film director, Jiang Wu. Me and the other Miss New China reps were told to take pictures with Alex, that was awesome! But I wasn't in the picture with the director because I walked away to get my bag (should of got it later!). I'm so glad that I wore those heels because the marketing manager was getting all the tallest girls to do most of the tasks. For those who know me know that I love to be out there and be in the limelight. I had the opportunity to be on stage and lead the guest to the lectern to do their speech. Yes, I know its something really little but to me its amazing!!

The closing ceremony is on 10th Oct at the BAFTA!! Can't wait for this opportunity! Below are some pictures that I got from the New China Times Newspaper.
